I noticed that on the assignment sheet the analyzes will be sent to the central laboratory, only the urine test will be checked with a strip, which, later checking the price list of the central laboratory, costs 1.14 USD, I was asked to pay 10 USD on the spot, which I did. Please send me the results by e-mail (my phone number and e-mail were recorded). I got a check, which, unfortunately, I lost (but I paid with a card, the transaction is saved). Then I started waiting for the results of the analyzes, which I still haven't received.4x call to inquire to delay specified tel. Due to my lack of time, I sent her to the vet pharmacy to find out what was going on there with the analyzes worth 10 dollars. It turns out that the tests have been lost and not sent anywhere, after a month, when the cat has already disappeared symptoms, the tests must be taken again (this time not even a dish was given for new tests). In the end, I did not get the results of the analyzes, nor did anyone return the money.
