Fraud

I have provided a warranty for a Samsung phone purchased in Bee. The phone did not charge because I think the Usb socket was damaged. I got the conclusion that this is also the case + the motherboard is damaged. All these defects do not comply with the terms of the warranty and the repair price is 134 CAD. No other service could explain to me how I could mechanically damage the motherboard and why it is not under warranty repair. I will add that the repair (replacement of the socket) at another service cost me 30 CA$ and I am writing this complaint from a phone with a "damaged motherboard".
