class / attitude
I would like to share my current experience with Telstra. For a start, I heard on television "we have the widest area, etc. "... When leaving Melbourne, the area sometimes disappears altogether, not to mention what is happening on my phone in the countryside. The inscription "No service" on the phone. Second, concluding a contract is such a "beautiful thing" as a credit limit. I had bought 5 numbers for the company, as well as given them to employees who have daily work outside Australia. If at the time of concluding the contract the credit limit was 300 EUR, the employees spoke with shame, I didn't worry about anything, because at the total expense of 300 AU$ outgoing calls would have to be closed, but "NO", Telstra increases the credit limit and does not warn about it. To the question of what, what, why? Telstra answers, nothing, no one has done, no one knows anything,turns on "stupid". Thirdly, I terminated the contract with Telstra, the manager said that if he terminates, then no one has to pay anything. Beautiful, current bill of 65 AU$ +/- for each number. I do not refuse anyone now, but conclude that Telstra treats its customers "piggy"!
