Hello! I had several things with Paus Konsults, which I had finally paid off on June 3rd. When I called to find out if I would finally be removed from the blacklist, I was unpleasantly surprised by the answer: No, because you still have a debt to our company in the CreditOn case, you have to reimburse the debt collection costs of 17 dollars. The fact of the matter is that initially CreditOn's case was indeed Paus Consultam's, but when I became interested in my debts to repay them, the case had already been referred to Sergel's debt collection company. As well as I repaid the CreditOn case already on 23/24/2020. In September. Do they have the right to recover this € 17 from me if the debt has been covered for almost a year and threatens to be blacklisted?
