Untreated Park

Well, for over a year now, the park (Quiet Garden) through which I walk almost every day, PURE ONLY HALF! I can't take it anymore! (in winter there was unclean snow on the sidewalks, in summer unmowed grass, tgd NO stripped leaves) Think RD this should be seen as a complaint! The relevant RD department should finally do something about it!
