Poor service
I am dissatisfied with the work of LLC DTV in Tukums for changing the water meter! I'm an honest utility payer, I don't have utility debts! When it's time to change your water meter, I call the phone number listed on the company's utility page to agree on a time when you can change your water meter. They show that they do it (of course!) ONLY on weekdays, during working hours - so I have a special day off at work so that they can change the water meter. A specific day, a specific time, when the master will be discussed was discussed a week earlier. The master is NOT during the negotiated time! Waiting for an hour, late for work, the master is still not there! When calling for a specified time, of course, the kind girl admits that it tends to be.How to understand it? There is a SPECIALLY discussed day and time I missed work, but does it tend to be? who paid me for late work? she starts talking about others who signed up a month ago, utm, offers a master another business day! how then to understand it? do they have no responsibility at all? there is no list at all, where do they put them in a hurry, where and how to go? what about all-roundness - to do as you think and want to ignore the client at all?
