Today I left to register as a self-employed person on SRS Freedom Street. I really don't understand why those frustrated faces are still sitting there with the expression, "what do you need?!" There is really no substitute for them, someone who will be more humane, kinder and more interested in the work entrusted to him?! Just ask a question, then either send for a consultation elsewhere to stand in line or just shout: "who you don't know..!"
