poor service
Hello! I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the Physiotherapy Hall of ORTO Clinic in agenskalns. I wanted to sign up for medical gymnastics, and after a phone conversation with the receptionist (unfortunately I don't know her name), we talked that she would call me back and offer me a certain amount of time for the gymnastics, because she couldn't say that during our conversation. Since the employee did not call me that day, I called myself the next day. Another person at the reception was already answering, who did not know anything about this situation and, unfortunately, did not apologize for the inconvenience. This employee was also not kind and interested. It must be concluded that the staff of ORTO clinic in agenskalns at the reception is disinterested, unresponsive and unprofessional, although I admit that physiotherapists work very professionally there.
