I bought a computer AsusE402SA-WS252T online and paid 270 dollars. FOR 2 days he did not work, I decided to give up the computer because I can do it without any problems within 14 days of the bend. I have previously bought a sticker-Italian keyboard, I paid 5 dollars, because it was not included, I took the letters. The salon accepted a computer, drew up documents, did not mark any boxes about straw or any wear and tear, DID NOT WARNING ON ANY CONDITION (MUST BE STICKLESS). On day 14 we start calling the operator and ask WHEN WILL THE MONEY BE RETURNED? We were told how the return will be INCOMPLETE, BECAUSE THE COMPUTER WILL BE STICKED WITH STICKERS AND IT WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR WEAR (as specified in the contract) and will be deducted 15% of the value of the computer, that is 43 dollars! Dear people or the salon do not know when the waiver was issued? Is it not their duty to warn buyers? Secondly - the operators no one contacted us and did not inform about this decision? Is it service and good service? Is this a competent estimate of depreciation when you look at these stickers here in the 5th CA$ showroom and then at the central office decided that we would pay the equivalent of 43 dollars for the stickers on return? IS IT HUMAN?
