Menager Nadezhda. The situation in the conflict was very unprofessional. She did not explain everything well and insisted on her own. A conflict situation arose where this girl stayed with her. Did not apologize and told how good a manager she is. I believe this girl is not suitable for this position, because she is not able to find a compromise in disputes and fighting for her own right. I have never encountered such an unprofessional employee. I wasn't the only one unhappy.
