I do not recommend Oceancom services to anyone. I have been fighting for 1. 5 years, the internet is unstable, the TV is stuck that all devices need to be restarted. Pay special attention to legal entities whose offices depend on i-net for income and productivity. Oceancom arbitrarily changed its ip address, resulting in several thousand losses because the landline telephone was not available for a whole week, for which Oceankom did not even apologize for violating the terms of the contract. Today at 8. 00 i-nets disappeared: these promised to fix by 13. 00, I called at 14. 00, Oceancom replies that by 16. 00 it is possible to fix. I can't work all day today, who will compensate the company? Why is there such arbitrariness from the supplier? And they still charge a fee for terminating the contract 72. 90 AU$ or really nothing can be achieved? Only suppliers can penalize non-payers and violators?
