Is this an open racket?
I was sent a package from Scotland for Christmas on December 10 and everyone to whom it was sent to Melbourne also received it before Christmas. did not come and did not come. We started searching. Everything from Scotland was sent out correctly, I went to my post office in Hobart, so I did not disturb them and waited for the invitation - so they ordered me every time. Okay, I am waiting. Today is already January 21, 2017. The invitation No. 2 is thrown in my mailbox, so again, to remove the registered letter. I stand the long line again and they tell me there - it's not a letter, but a package. Go for a long search and end up with swept it in the package. I look at it with a stamp on December 27th and I ask why I have a second invitation if I haven't had the first one at all? Well, it's becausethat the first invitation was sent to house 11 and not to my 77. Since I have not picked up the package within a month, I have to pay money for long storage! The package is very neat and clear, my correct address is written in block letters, but they send the invitation to 11 houses and do not send me anything, keep it in the post office for a month and now demand money from me! I ran it and was looking for it, no one there blinks and they tell me so much - there is a lot in the parcel post, so I'm waiting. To the postman with a request - no one does anything. Now that I haven't given me the Christmas package for a whole month, it's a shame to ask for money instead of apologizing for the leadership and problems they caused me in running to the post office and inquiring about the package, and there's no room for more in Scotland! Since I gave me a package without money they refused to give it to me,I started crying and ran to the man who was sitting in the car waiting for me. He called the postmaster. It also started lying and talking all kinds of nonsense and pouring blame on us, wanted to force us to fill out a questionnaire there, that we would not pay and that we were to blame for not taking the package out. We got a package. Only by reporting the mail to the great chef. If such a dishonest and lying boss works in the post office in Hobart, then what a surprise there is that the employees will not be better. I get that package, but lie and write that the letter has arrived. Then 77 don't know, only 11. I told that chef to look at the printed seven right there on the package code - what's that number? She says that 7. But no one recognizes exactly the same seven in the mail. Either there illiterates work or special mockery of people. I am ashamed, that such a post may improperly bear the Australian name. It should be replaced as a matter of urgency.
