Through Rentalcars.com, we rent a Fiat 500X or similar car rental online «In 5 min time. When the confirmation receipt was sent, the company name "Sicily by car" was displayed. But it is nicely written that they have cooperation and everything will be nice and without problems. Arriving in Sicily, Catania, we went to the office address shown at the airport. Yes, there was a car rental "Sicily by car", but they know nothing about such cooperation, do not understand to whom our money we have transferred and the car we can not give to our article or we call this company better. We tried to call the specified contacts on the receipt that was sent, as proof of payment made and which should (according to their writing) only be presented to the landlord. None of the contact phones answered or did not exist (you can prove a phone printout of outgoing calls). We were left without a car and cheated because no one returned the money to us either.
