2017 dec. I received an invoice from Telstra, in which I was ordered to pay for a call that did not take place in the amount of 30 dollars. I called and wrote letters for a whole month trying to prove that it was a mistake, but the answer was one.. in the system this conversation is fixed.. and everything.. After reading the contract I realized that fighting is useless, because the contract says natural disasters, war, fraud, etc... ) the bill must be paid by the user... I pay.. and switch to the Goldfish to at least be sure that I will not receive such mystical bills anymore. If you have a strong nervous system, a lot of free time and good knowledge of the law could still fight for your justice.. try to involve "No taboos" or the regulator...
