Communication quality
I recently switched to Telstra Gold tariff plan, which includes unlimited calls and sms to the most popular networks in Australia, plus 2GB for entertainment on the Internet. I'm really stunned as such a mobile operator can withstand the competition and stay in the market with such communication and data quality... really pathetic. Okay, I admit that if a person stays only in the city everything will be fine, but God forbid that you will give up somewhere in the greenery or slip into a darker corner, with the area through. When it comes to the internet, I don't know what it takes to have the patience to spend 2GB with data transfer, the feeling was comparable to going back 10 years ago with gprs data transfer, where the website opens for a minute and a half. I think the operator has progressed,but had to be disappointed.
