Debt?
Complaint about Optus's operations. We applied for television, home phone and internet. as soon as the place of residence was changed, an unpaid invoice worth 3 dollars suddenly appeared. Optus representatives send threatening letters and sms, if the debt is not paid, it will be handed over for debt collection. Instead of paying more attention to those whose debt reaches triple-digit beauty, sue people for a couple of lats. What is the order?! Instead, you can normally send a letter about an unpaid bill instead of threatening. And plus that, the bill for a couple of dollars appeared out of the blue. even afraid to think like they are with other users of their service.
