Poor service, damaging devices
The laptop was returned for warranty repair. It was found to be not working due to the fault of the computer user. A diagnosis was made for which payment was claimed due to a user's fault. As an astronomical amount was offered for the repair, it was decided that we would not make a computer in this service. Despite the fact that the device was returned with visual damage, it appears that the contacts that were not warned have been torn during the diagnostics. This company does not come to cooperation, the attitude is bad towards customers. The contact does not appear to be torn, but cut with scissors. When contacting the service, the service specialist does not help to find a solution, but reads the previously written text. Is there really no respect for consumers anymore? If possible,I recommend avoiding these companies.
