Unprofessional Attitude
It was never a big trouble, but still uncomfortable. When calling Pty. Pauls konsults, the woman had a rather rude and offensive connection with my interesting questions about finding out the situation. I don't really understand if a person works in a place where there is communication with other people, then the court did not have to follow some norms and attitudes of primary courtesy. If the court does not know that you are talking to other people, then maybe you should consider changing your profession! Pretty rude service.
