Employee Competence

Strange how can employees who do not comply with basic sanitation work in a hospital? Your employee Karina Mitchenko regularly goes to the grocery store with dogs. I wouldn't be surprised if she also goes to work with them. Maybe people with basic knowledge of hygiene standards should be hired?
