I had ordered my daughter the first set of cleaning brooms as a gift upon receipt, I was unpleasantly surprised when I opened the box, which looked small, inside was a folded, compressed product, 1 part of which had still been removed from the package to fold... When I reported this, I received a copy-paste message about the return of the goods, where it is mentioned that the product must be new, original packaging, although it has already received partly outside it and the packaging was damaged... I am disappointed as a gift that does not fit anymore, because everything is mashed, it looks as izvilts of... no longer neuzticeshos this store.
