Poor Service
We took the coffee machine to service and repair three weeks ago, everything was cool, the service seemed super, I told you what I showed about the problem! It took one week, two, we started looking for our machine! Callers, say to be sent to service, waiting for info on remnota costs! In three weeks, we will recover the coffee machine! We brought you to the office! We open the coffee machine, see that the machine is in the same condition as before the removal, we only hope that the tube has been removed for which it also took the money! The machine has moldy coffee, nothing has been cleaned! If we take the appliance for maintenance, then, according to them, it only includes descaling, which we did not need because we do it ourselves regularly! But we needed to maintain / clean the machine, where the grinder is cleaned and everything where coffee accumulates,which could interfere with enjoying a sip of coffee! According to them, this is a repair? Which did we cry with? Sorry if we don't understand what maintenance means!
