What do you get paid for?

Today, Dec. 30. call 14. 45 to the SRS information phone due to taxes. The operator could not connect me with the inspectors because no one was working anymore! So what - we pay them all - for what? Entrepreneurs have to work overtime, but public authorities can afford to do as they please! I can't understand - they are lucky or divided with mental abilities, because they do not understand at all what money MUST EARN. Such a miserable institution is hard to find in another country!
