I never received my order P 281924

Upon my 3rd request after more than 4 weeks. Made another request cc: pissed off consumer and BOOM! As seen on TV emailed me advising a REFUND for my order was being credited back to my credit card! Because I didnt receive my product

Operator didn’t explain to me that you all didn’t take prepaid cards but when I gave the card information it took it and now when I text to see why I haven’t received my order they say it was cancelled User’s recommendation: Check everything before ordering.
