Balance

I am a card holder of 3+, so I have to go for € 1. 02 on the way to Brisbane. Today 13. 05. 2019 3:50 there was a situation that the driver had no balance. I gave 5 € when I needed 1. 02 €. I told the driver that I had no details, he answered the same way and said to look. Very annoying because the driver had to have money to spend.
