I hope that every success will be successful, but in any case it happens when there are a lot of goods that are not produced by yourself. The story is like this! I ordered a bicycle for the first time, the order arrived late. The child was happy and liked the bike! What was the disappointment when we realized that there are missing parts that can't even be bought in the store, because the model is specific and the parts are missing, without which it is impossible to drive and in the warehouse! The packaging was really damaged! We sent it back, I received the money after 2 weeks. The second attempt was after a long time, I ordered a chandelier. Came with a delay, when I opened I already realized that it would not be good.. I was already furious! We drove 100km to the office ourselves and explained that I had received a chandelier, no domes at all! The technician tried to pretend that it was meant and not included in the set! So the picture was for illustrative purposes only, and the buyer was not informed about it. I am sure that this was not the case! This time I swore never to buy 110.shop again! A couple of years later, I ordered a third product, hoping that the service had improved, I ordered a coffee machine! As they say 3 things good things! I'm glad about the coffee machine, but the joy was short! Unfortunately, the electronics in the coffee machine were damaged. The service offered me a warranty repair after two days!? Really!? Absurd! When I said that I wanted to exercise consumer rights and return the product, the consultant turned off the phone!? Well! Evaluate for yourself!
