Poor service

I ordered a protective glass for the phone, it came completely diluted, I wrote 110.shop, there was an impersonal answer, I allowed the robot when I called again questions came again the same answer. Meaning of customer service? I wrote a review to the product that the product was damaged, it was deleted very quickly, because it allegedly did not comply with their rules, although it was not violated. So bad reviews are deleted.
