Quality of service
Point of sale for mattresses and beds with lower prices than elsewhere, but it is saved at the expense of service : ). When ordering the mattress, the service and maintenance were disappointing several times. When I lost the receipt for the mattress by my own mistake, I called the office for 3 days to send me a scanned version of the check. I took it to the terminal and drove to the place because the scanner was damaged. There were no other options to settle like this and it should be mentioned that I called OR furniture all the time for more than 2 weeks. Basically, the complaint is that the manufacturer does not care about the customer. The mattress was just delivered (which we did ourselves, because there was no driver on the day that day) and unpacked and stinks. I found this info on why stinks and how long to ventilate on the website,employees do not tell it. During the service, it seemed at times that we would just be touched and we would be able to create a "Without Taboos" story, as if the receipts were given, but none, printed in the home version. If you choose this manufacturer, take into account the low quality of service and do not place high hopes on pleasant service.
