Sketchy Service

I am very eager for the bank's opening hours and the service is busy at the moment for queuing more than 10 people Only 2 people are served during 30 minutes. It would be better then to go to Glendale or some other place. The bank works 3 times a week and it seems to them that it is normal for you to spend more than 3 hours at the bank. Thank you very much!
