Warranty
I charged a six-month warranty on a used computer because the hard drive burned down and the files could not be recovered. Well, and from November 22, it is in Mexico, because there is a service there, and until now, January 27, the computer will be repaired, it is already 3 months, promised that it will be ready within a month. Do not buy RD, promise everything, but do not guarantee, repeatedly complained, but no changes. And don't give a new one because my fault was that moisture got inside and the keyboard broke, but the hard drive was the company's fault.
