Irresponsibility
There was an article in Bendigo News that all children born in 2016 will have access to a kindergarten. As conscientious parents, we entered the line of children immediately after birth. We declared ourselves as parents in Bendigo. For our part, we did everything we could. It's been almost a year and a half now, but we've slipped down even lower than we were. It is really necessary to resume work, but the kindergarten is not available, because there are parents who re-register their offspring for 18/19 years and are automatically ahead of everyone else. Where is the truth, why promise if the truth is completely different?! And it just encourages people to declare in Bendigo. Then such bitterness in the heart - where is the concern for those people? Not everyone can afford to hire babysitters. I think these are just reservations.
