The product was delivered for repair less than 3 months ago, a month later, when they we called and asked for the lost product, we were asked if we are ready to pay for the repair, after paying for the repair we received another call for it or we are going to pay for it, even though the payment has already been made, less than 3 months and the product is still not returned. The service "warranty plus" was purchased, which provides the advantage of exclusive service, but, as I mentioned, less than 3 months and the product has not been recovered. Additionally - the description of the purchased product does not match the information provided on the website.
