Poor service

I'm on the debtor list. I just received a call from this institution! Talking to me in such a tone cried I would be in the army and have a morning act! The woman completely listened to what I told her. What is my current situation with works and money! Very poor service and maintenance! Teach your employees to talk to customers in normal shades! This is not the first time I've heard anything like this!
