I called this "repair" because the phone needed to be replaced. The employee told the phone that he would make the change within 30 minutes. As a result, after 4 hours and several unpleasant phone calls, I received my phone with a damaged windshield and body damage. Of course the full price had to be paid and no checks / receipts / guarantees were given.
