Very poor treatment of a return customer…

I ordered a door gasket for my daughter’s Frigidaire upright freezer from Appliance Zone and they sent the wrong gasket since there was no embedded magnetic strip in it to seal the gasket against the freezer housing which is the norm for upright freezers and refrigerators.
