Hello, readers of the complaint! With my two friends today at 13:40 we decided to have lunch "Wok More Sun". As always, the waiters welcome you as soon as they are noticed. We took the greeting and went to our usual table, but unfortunately the table was not cleaned and there were still glasses on it. I decided to ask if it was possible to clean the table so that we could have lunch as usual. As soon as I kindly asked, the waitress AIJA shouted in a furious voice and in a raised tone: "Can't you really wait!". I was shocked. The shame continued: "There are so many tips to sit on!". I added, "I'm sorry, you don't have the right to talk to me in that tone!", But the answer was, "I'll talk as much as I want. " I'm sorry, does the waiter have the right to determine where the customer wants to sit? Does the waiter have the right to speak to the client in an offensive and reprehensible tone? Honestly, all appetite disappeared. My friends and I were thoroughly shocked. I can't tell if it was meant specifically, but we waited 30 minutes for the ordered food. Isn't the feature of Wok that food is cooked quickly? Customers who took the table after us a minute later received the ordered food faster. It just seemed that someone had taken special care of it. Usually the food is not cooked for us for so long. Although the food quality is good, we will no longer visit this "restaurant" with friends.
