Today 08. 11. as a regular visitor to the pasta shop Melbourne Mall, I encountered a rather strange attitude of the seller. Going into the store and looking at the showcases, I realized that I would not expect any welcome from a small, chubby saleswoman who was just sitting and not saying hello or goodbye, which I had never seen there in 2 years before. When I approached the box office and said that I wanted to buy Ieva's Classic cheese, the saleswoman came to the shop window and started asking me exactly what cheese, although there is only one Classic cheese that I buy there regularly. The seller's attitude was offensive and reprehensible, as well as instructive - as if I didn't know what I wanted. Since ravioli was also in mind, I took out the More Sun customer card, and when I realized that the seller's attitude was not changing, I decided not to buy anything. I noticed that 2 more customers also wanted to buy something, but seeing the unkind attitude of the seller, they went out without buying anything. I asked the saleswoman, maybe she didn't like her job, then I could call her management, to which she answered very thoroughly - just calling that she has been working there for 5 years. Andijs Berzinsh could be advised to think about employee training in the field of customer service!
