Check is incomplete or not printed at all
I was at the Main Station restaurant in McDonald's a few weeks ago. The self-service cash register (the stand you can order yourself) did not print the check. I asked the employee, he immediately understood my problem before I could say that the check was not printed. The employee opened the stand and handed in a crumpled check, but I look like it's not my check. I said it wasn't my check, but I was told I couldn't get my check. Fortunately, I had the order number after which I received my order. Today (10. 03. 2020) I was again in the same restaurant this time at the usual checkout, everything is ok, except that the check is not printed out completely, I noticed it only at home, because this time I do not eat the order on the spot. The bottom of the check ends with the sentence: "come to www. mcdonalds.org/thank you, appreciate how we served you and receive cheeseburgers for only 0. 50 eur!" The bottom of the check looks almost straight, but with small irregularities, although the other edges are exactly straight, but you can understand that the continuation of the check is... In my case, 2 times I have not received this 12-character code, which I could use to evaluate the restaurant's performance and receive a cheeseburger for 0. 50 AUD. I would like to receive this or any other type of discount that I could not use due to non-printing of the check / incompleteness. But otherwise orders are fulfilled faster than burgers. : )
