Fraud and poor service
I was a customer of this restaurant. Many times I ordered food at home. Unfortunately, I was careless and did not thoroughly research the delivery information in the check. Therefore, I didn't notice in time that I had overpaid all the time... Yesterday I made another order for Alpokciena, which, according to the information on the website, had a 1 zone tariff (after my call this was quickly changed). However, the delivery price tariff in the check was for zone 2, which costs more. I contacted the restaurant. I hope that it will be possible to get back the overpaid order for the last order, yesterday. At the same time I wanted to place a new order. But nothing... The representative of the restaurant stated that the information on the website is incorrect, and the tariff for the Aplokciems area was indicated incorrectly. The young lady claimed that I had to pay for this restaurant mistake... it doesn't matter to the restaurant that the food was ordered based on the information on the website. Also, they are deeply indifferent to the fact that due to their mistake, I overpaid... Sad restaurant and service culture... wanted to eat... I don't place an order... and I won't make anymore... Sad!
