Does not deliver the product one month after payment

I paid about 20 USD for the order 16.02.2020, today 17.03.2020. still promises me that I will get my order immediately, if I am stuck somewhere. Tired of calling there for the nth time... I wrote an e-mail asking for my money back, because the promise that I will receive the order within 7-10 working days has not come true. I'll see if I get my money back...
