Poor delivery service

Very unkind and absolutely not interested in helping in this situation. I'm from the US and I provided my phone number. No one called back, I thought I couldn't call other country numbers, but no, it turns out I had to know that there was a number 1 to be entered in front of my phone number. Ok, I didn't know, but the conversation made me feel so humiliated and an unwanted customer. Thanks, but I won't be ordering pizza with you.
