Poor service, incompetent staff!
Low class restaurant, it is difficult to call a restaurant. I was invited to a party, sorry anniversary for a spoiled evening. The service staff understands the english language with difficulties, the waiter could not answer the question about the composition of the food I wanted to know whether the caesar salad has toast or biscuits, as shown in the photo. The waiter was unable to respond, but quickly recorded as an order. The order was placed by people over the years, the waiter did not even ask when reading the whole order. When the food was brought, there was not one portion, because the waiter had not written it down, because he did not understand. If you do not understand something, then you usually ask or one serving or two. It is even better to repeat the whole order again. The quality of the food does not correspond to the quality. Prices are astronomical,but the quality is lower than in the most common canteen. Caesar's salad was eaten only with shrimp, other salads - huge pieces thrown on a plate, it is not even served at home in a hurry (potato salad with roast pork). Pasta pasta - pasta with roast pork lv style was not edible at all. I didn't want to ruin the evening completely, I had to bring the food back. For 2 servings, money was taken for 16. 30 dollars for sticky tasteless pasta, and pork was not edible either. All dishes were prepared without spices, and salt was on the table. Salt is usually added to the food during cooking, not when the food is served to the guest. This changes the taste of the food. If salt is not specially placed here, then the waiter was obliged to warn beforehand that we prepare dishes without spices. And then the guest makes a choice whether they want meat with or without the addition of salt. The steak was not edible either,the only thing that saved it was pomegranate sauce. The bill was big, but we didn't expect the check either. As far as I understand, it is the strategy of this restaurant not to issue checks. I will not visit this restaurant anymore and I will not recommend it to my friends either, they also spoke negatively about this restaurant. There are no visitors in the dining room. If guests come then you can try to prepare a delicious meal and the waiter will learn how to accept the order. If there was a full hall you could understand, but at that time there were 6 people in the hall.
