No communication from the company

Antenna did not work as advertised. Now returning the equipment has been a nightmare to get my refund……. Had to contact BBB and luckily I paid with Paypal so found out that Paypal will actually go after them. Looking for refund of $124….. No response to BBB and no response to Paypal.. I called and emailed and nothing solved i wanted to return a day after i recieved it another ripped off deal with buying on line no more buying online and pay pal suppose to be so good well they

they never answered e-mails or calls why do these companies have to crook honest people , are they that have to steal our old peoples money and the government does nothing to help us User’s recommendation: don,t buy online.
