Customer service, unusually LONG wait time

My review isn’t a good one. Order from months ago still haven’t arrived. Can they keep saying “due to covid” give me a break! Get off your but &;;;;;;;;;;;;;; just get the job done. I will never reccomend annie cloth to anyone not even my worst enemy

Cheated me out of money. Sent me shoes that were 6” too big. Offered to refund me less than cost of shipping as a refund. Keep sending me annoying emails though I have unsubscribed ten times. Rip-off

Horrible company. Ripped me off for forty dollars. Sent me a a pair of shoes 6 inches too big, totally unwearable. Total loss of my money

To be as brief as possible, I ordered merchandise from Annie Cloth and more than once verified the shipping address. They shipped to incorrect post office in my area who disposed of the package since they did not have a box in my name. Not my fault since, as stated, I verified the address more than once.... Although this company offers return and reimbursement, they make it a very difficult process. The item in question costs less than $15, but they act like, if they make it difficult, customers will give up and not try to return merchandise for reimbursement.
