In connection with the previous argument, the hipsterite used his "knowledge" - the laws of the CRPC do not provide for the return of cash (CRPC Article 28 (1) (4) - "cancels the contract and refunds the amount paid to the consumer for the product. "this means that there is no mention of the method of refund (cash OR transfer), although I VERY insisted on a bank transfer (I had read other people's complaints, so I didn't want to wait at least another month)) As well as the fact that 1a.info "does not work" and has to do like everyone else - give a bank account number and wait for the transfer.I went to the principle.The dispute lasted ~ 30 minutes.After the request to show the specific law here and here, the hipster retreated from his 17:30 I was called by a 1a.info representative (I was still in the 1a.info office) and announced that unfortunately it will not be possible to receive the phone today (announced very "on time". SERVICE... in the highest quality... the best in United Kingdom... In the next 10 minutes, all the papers were drawn up and my money was returned to me.Not upon first request. + lying about the fact that this is not possible.Conclusions? A MONTH passed. I didn't get the phone either (to charge, but not to return a good product? I didn't learn how to correct my mistakes.) The money could only be returned after the scandal (it is good that my physique allows it and usually I do not object). Employees lie. He lies openly. Trying to grab a fool. That the attitude of employees is as if the EU owes them something (AHOI, hipster!). In general, you can shop. The product is no different from other online stores. In terms of price too. The only thing if a defect was found - do not agree with the "service diagnostics" and ask for a refund. The most effective way is to ask for cash and not wait for a bank transfer.
