Only very incompetent and rude specialists will be found only in the Telstra info call center. Stop you in a raised tone, do not fulfill what was promised. I have been a customer for 10 years, but I am so disappointed. When you need to keep the customer Telstra, you speak so kindly that sugar falls, but until you need something, it does not matter whether it is an important event for you or just entertainment. Roughly answer, say that you know nothing, that there is no information, and so on. DISCIPLINE! I will definitely leave after such moves.
