Poor service
Sloppy attitude towards the customer on the flight Melbourne - Stockholm with the airline Air Oceanian. There is not enough space for my personal hand luggage in the overhead compartment, at my request it is promised that private hand luggage will be given to me shortly before the landing, which was not done. So all the time in the flight I didn't even know where my luggage was, which makes me think, or which wasn't already taken from my luggage, by outsiders. In contrast, other customers have left their jackets in the overhead compartment where hand luggage should stand. The flight attendant doesn't seem to know as long as I have to hold my jacket on my lap. Agnese and Alice (senior flight attendant) do not even apologize for the inconvenience at the end of the flight, and openly lie that they could not hand me my luggage that was promised because another customer was a priority. What makes me think, then who am I,and why should I then somehow prioritize that second customer? And even more so after the requested first name to report the complaint to the company, the flight attendant replies: there is no reason for the complaint, please do not send.
