Poor service
I have been a bee customer for about 9 years. For the past year, my no. Was connected to the company I work for. Now I wanted to switch back to private. Because of their fault, switching something went wrong, leaving me 24 hours a day without communication, zones, no. Did not exist. No one could call or write me, nor could I. I called 3 times from the work phone, no consultant could help. The next day I went to the service center in Domina. There, an employee helped me, found out that something had gone wrong. Everything was settled. Now I wanted to pick up the phone, call me and say I can't take the pay because I'm a new customer in just 3 days. Because switching all day my no. Not counted bees. Where is my fault? I have been a bee customer for 9 years, all bills would be paid, phones paid, now due to their fault I am only a 3 day customer and they can't do anything. This is the first time I see something like this. Great disappointment for bees. From the moment of switching, until this call. Terrible. Thanks.
