Poor service

Very poor service! The mobile phone has been with them for a week, but there is no time to start repairing it! As the employee told me, it takes 2-3 hours to fix it, but not so much time can be found, because it is better to repair those that only take a few minutes or a maximum of an hour! There is no attitude at all, because promises to call to inform what and how is happening, but nothing! Prices are the same as in the fat years!
