Terrible Service makes up own rules

Needed a answer from company

Amrock answered me immediately and soled my problem within a day. The problem happened on Saturday and on Monday morning I was able to verify on the telephone when UPS was sending my envelope. Got it that evening. User’s recommendation: Would work with this company again.

JUST HAD A CLOSING WITH THEM
