Poor service. Not solving the problem

I made a delivery on June 10, 2020 for the trampoline that you wanted. The course was paid for immediately. 11.06nate delivery. Delivered - but not a trampoline, but some drills. The answer was given to two emails. Send pictures and description of the situation.. All senders.. I ask who will be and they blame their fault after me I have to wait 2 weeks? Of course not
